BYOD – Bring Your Own Device

Audience: Everyone

This is a hands-on session and you will have the opportunity to get involved.

 In this session

You will be able to:

  • Create a QR code
  • Use QR codes within your role (teaching / service delivery). These often work with a barcode scanner app on various devices. Barcode scanner apps are usually free and allow you to access content directly on your device
  • Use Socrative instant audience feedback and online polling
  • Take away some strategies to help manage the use of mobile devices in meetings and within classrooms
